The Rogue Not Taken, by Sarah MacLean

Really top-of-the-line genre fiction. If you like sexy historical romance, this is exceptionally well-done. Our hero is damaged and committed to not marrying, to the point where he has a reputation as a seducer and ruiner of women. Our heroine is the youngest and plainest in her newly aristocratic, social-climbing family and despises the aristocracy for its hypocrisy. She is also sharp-tongued and adventurous, making her my new best friend. And these two people, thrown together by bad choices, are delightful to spend time with. Excellent (and realistic) plot from MacLean makes for a great read, for 18 and up.
